Standard card designs
You have the option to personalize the cards with your individual design – or you can choose between six attrac-tive standard card designs. The cards can be printed without a pre-defined value or with amounts of CHF 20, 50 or 100.
The minimum order is for 100 cards in order units of 50 cards each. BASIC gift packaging is supplied for each GiftCard. Cards using the standard designs are printed with your company name or logo.
Internet portal and reporting
You will gain access to the online portal as soon as you have made your initial order with us. This is where you can personalize your GiftCards, review the order status and orders made to date, and enter and manage all re-peat orders and address changes. You receive an itemized report by e-mail every month. This gives you full transparency on the active cards and their unused balances together with the transactions made. |

- You order your GiftCard once the contract has been signed.
- You receive your personal login data for the online portal, where you can upload your company name or company logo for standard cards. Here you can already see what the GiftCard will look like. If you have ordered cards with an individual design, you will receive a proof for approval. Please note that the cards are not produced until all data has been entered and payment received.
- We send you the ordered cards by mail – and you can start selling.
- Your customer buys a GiftCard and pays for it like any other item, using whatever means of payment is preferred (credit card, debit card or cash).
- You activate the GiftCard by entering the desired amount on your terminal or cash register. Activation takes place via the terminal. If this is successful, a receipt is printed showing the amount loaded together with the expiry date.
- Shopping with the GiftCard is done in the same way as with other payment cards, although the customer does not need to enter a PIN code or provide a signature when using a GiftCard to pay.
